We dispatch from Delhi, India to addresses across the country. Shipping cost depends on order weight, dimensions, and destination — calculated at checkout where available, or quoted for bulk orders.

Heavy or oversized items (hoists, winches, pallet trucks) may require freight quotation. Use our bulk enquiry form for project shipments.

Delivery time

In-stock items typically ship within 2–5 business days. Made-to-order or import lines may need longer lead times — we will confirm on your quote.

Returns

Unused goods in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit or exchange, subject to inspection. Custom-cut chain, modified slings, and used safety equipment cannot be returned.
